Abstract [en]

This article presents results of a larger study of Swedish jazz discourses, 1920-1950. The focus is on how different identity dimensions like race, ethnicity, nationality, age, generation, class, gender and sexuality intersect in song lyrics, films, novels, poems and essays related to jazz music.
