Syftet med denna studie är att belysa och analysera komplexiteten i förskollärares profession utifrån deras egna berättelser. Studien baseras på vittnesmål insamlade genom Förskoleupprorets initiativ #pressatläge och vägleds av tre forskningsfrågor: Vad lyfter förskollärare som ohållbart i vardagen? Vilka förhållningssätt till arbetsmiljön i förskolan gerförskollärare uttryck för? Vilken typ av motstånd framträder genom förskollärarnas berättelser om förskolan? I studien har en kvalitativ ansats med ett diskursanalytiskt perspektiv tillämpats. Det teoretiska ramverket utgår huvudsakligen från Jonna Bornemarks (2018, 2020) begrepp ratio, intellectus, omdöme, ansvar samt mikro- och makromotstånd. Begreppen belyser konsekvenserna av ett mätningsorienterat samhälle och motståndsstrategier inom förskolans praktik. Resultaten visar på en komplex arbetsmiljö där förskollärares professionella handlingsutrymme både begränsas och återskapas genom olika former av motstånd.

The aim of this study is to illuminate and analyze the complexity of preschool teachers' professional lives, based on their own narratives collected through the #pressatläge initiative. Three research questions guide the study: which aspects of daily work are perceived as unsustainable, what approaches to the work environment are expressed, and what forms of resistance emerge in their stories. A qualitative approach with a discourse analytical perspectivehas been applied. The theoretical framework is mainly based on Jonna Bornemark’s (2018,2020) concepts of ratio, intellectus, judgment, responsibility, and micro- and macro-resistance, which highlight the consequences of a measurement-oriented society and the resistance strategies within preschool practice. The results reveal a complex work environment where preschool teachers' professional discretion is both constrained and recreated through various forms of resistance.
