Abstract [sv]

Avsikten med denna studie är att försöka identifiera de organisatoriska faktorer som främjar och hämmar samverkan mellan skola och fritidshem. Denna studie bygger på kvalitativa studier med lärare, lärare i fritidshem samt övrig personal som antas samverka mellan skola och fritidshem. Vi har i denna studie reflekterat över och teoretiserat våra informanters praktiska erfarenhet av hur samverkan fungerar mellan skola och fritidshem. Studien visar på att det finns brister i hur samverkansuppdraget beskrivs i både läroplan och styrdokument men även brister i hur detta förmedlas av rektorer eller annan ledning för skolan. Brister finns också i likvärdigheten i hur samverkan sker i praktiken både mellan skolor och bland de olika aktörerna på den enskilda skolan. Fördelarna med samverkan är enligt informanterna att arbeta för elevens bästa och se till att eleven får bästa möjliga kunskapsutveckling sett över hela skoldagen.

Abstract [en]

The purpose of this study is to identify the organizational factors that promote or inhibits cooperation between school and leisure time centers in Sweden. This study is based on qualitative studies of teachers, teachers in leisure time centers and other people who work in leisure time centers who are supposed to cooperate between school and leisure time centers. We have reflected and theorized over our informants’ practical experiences of cooperation between school and leisure time centers. The study shows that there is shortage in how the cooperation assignment is described in curriculums and control documents and deficiency how principals or school management are carried out. The equivalence between how cooperation occurs in practice in both schools in general and between the individual school. The benefit of cooperation is according to the informants that work for the best intentions for the student and for the best possibilities for the students’ knowledge development over the whole school day.
