The findings indicate that while many educators recognize the importanceof using the pronouns pupils identify with, recognizing it as a vital componentof an inclusive educational approach, there is also resistance within theteaching profession. The study also uncovers significant obstacles stemmingfrom school culture and administrative frameworks that hinder transgenderpupils from fully expressing and developing their identities alongside theirpeers. Based on these insights, the article proposes actionable recommendationsfor school leaders, aimed at enhancing support systems and develop policies that better accommodate the needs of transgender pupils and fostera truly inclusive educational environment.
