Abstract [en]

This publication gathers contributions addressing challenges posed to the Rule of Law. Several of the articles deal with challenges related to the right to privacy while most of the articles deal with challenges generated by the digitalization of the society – both questions being often interrelated.    

The authors of the articles belong to different disciplines (public law, archival science as well as Information, Education and IT ) and represent different countries (UK, Algeria, Denmark, France and Sweden).
