Abstract [en]
Swedish administrative law has been subject to extensive changes in recent decades, due to two interrelated processes, Judicialisation and Constitutionlisation. These changes, reflected by an improvement in the position and importance of the Judiciary and the Constitution, are closely related to Europeanisation.
